These memorable holiday excursions are sure to delight children of all ages—and grown-ups too! The Santa Express offers a magical experience aboard a festively decorated train, where cheerful music, sweet treats, and of course the jolly man himself, bring the spirit of the season to life.
While this is not a scenic excursion, the focus is on the onboard fun—an immersive, holiday-themed experience designed especially for families.
The run time is expected to last about 60 minutes, which Santa thinks is just the right amount of time for younger railfans to bask in the wonder of it all.

🎄 Coach Class Experience – $50 per person/all ages
Family-friendly, holiday fun at its best. All seats face the same direction, perfect for little hands to use tray tables for coloring and cookie nibbling. Guests receive a holiday cookie at boarding, a cup of warm hot chocolate, and a visit from Santa as he walks through the train to greet all the guests. Holiday tunes fill the car as kids enjoy a goody bag with mini candy canes and a festive coloring sheet and a souvenir Santa Coin.
🎄 Table Seating Experience – $65 per person/all ages welcome
Enjoy our best loved holiday experience with reserved seating at private dining tables. Our most traditional offering includes table service with plated cookies, your choice of hot chocolate or coffee, a souvenir Santa coin, and a personal visit with Santa. It’s the perfect setup for families looking to make memories together.
🎄 Dome Car Elevated Holiday Experience – All ages welcome. Try something entirely new this year by experiencing a holiday train ride in our Vista Dome car. Coach and table seating will be offered in the dome car. More information to come soon!
🥂 Holiday Spirits in the Dome 🥂– Adults only (21+). As you step aboard our beautifully decorated Vista Dome car, our grown-up revelers will be welcomed into a world of festive merriment and can toast Santa and his elves, and all the joy of the season. This excursion is only available on select dates. A variety seating configuration will be offered. More information to come soon!
What to Know Before You Ride

Children age two and under may ride for free if seated on the lap of a ticketed adult.

Festive attire is welcome (and encouraged!), but please remember to dress warmly—it can get chilly on the platform before boarding.
